3. Check your name off on the Tee Time Sheet (this lets the rest of your group know that you are at the course and ready to pair up in a cart).

5. Place a checkmark next to your name on the Playing Next Week sign-up sheet if you plan to play next week.
6. Pair up in a golf cart with someone from your group, group should be checked in with the starter (near the 1st tee) PRIOR to your tee time so the starter does not have to look for your group. If you are not there when it is time for your group to tee off, the group ready will be sent out.
7. Note your tee time and play READY golf (whomever is ready to hit, hits) and keep up with the group in front of you. If a complete hole opens up, let the group behind you play through. YOUR FOURSOME IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GROUPS’ SPEED OF PLAY. Move slower players along.
8. When you are finished playing, complete your scorecards. Weekly you will have one scorecard for the Handicap Chair and one for the Game of the week. Additional cards will be required during Presidents’ Cup and Club Championship rounds. When you sign the cards, you agree with everything that is on it. The game card should reflect scores and putts for all 18 holes, but the total score will reflect the game holes only. Record all Birdies, Chip-In’s and Low Putts on the worksheet on the table and place the appropriate sticker on your star.
9. As a reminder, the NEW WORLD GOLF HANDICAPPING SYSTEM requires that scores be entered on the day of that round of golf. MEMBERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTING THEIR SCORES ON THE DAY OF GOLF.
10. An email will be sent to all players to identify those that have signed up for the following week. If you need to be added or removed from the list, it must be done by SUNDAY evening. Unused tee times will be turned back to the course on Monday morning. Tee times will be posted to the webpage (lcc-wgl.weebly.com) no later than Wednesday for that weeks’ play.
11. IT IS EACH PLAYERS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE HOSTESS IF ANYTHING CHANGES WITH REGARDS TO PLAY FOR THE WEEK. LCC MANAGEMENT MONITORS THE NUMBER OF TEE TIMES THAT ARE REQUESTED BUT NOT USED EACH WEEK.
12. If you plan to play and have NOT paid your dues yet for 2021, then bring a check to Eileen (our treasurer) made out to LCC-WGL for $80. If you are NOT a PAID up member, you will be ineligible for any weekly prizes until you pay. If you HAVE paid your dues and do NOT plan to play this season, please let Eileen know.
