Brenda informed us the status off our account. We are in the black and a positive start for next year.

3/23/18 Meeting of new executive board
Attendees: Jo Ann Dunst, Pauline Czaszynski, Kathy Batzel-Galotola,Maureen Castellano
Meeting was held to discuss membership , finance and schedule
Our start date 4/19 in lien of breakfast Kathy will have coffee and snacks. Kathy will try to have them set up a shotgun start for opening day which will enable all members to meet after for lunch .
Tee times were cut down from 10 to eight with all groups of four. Players will be there ½ hour before their designated time. Players will notify Kathy Sunday evening if they cannot make it their tee time.
Tee times and weekly games will be posted on web site
It was discussed a possible fee for last minute cancellation
New cost $38.00 ( $1.00 increase )
It was stated there would be no games for the weeks of Club Champions July 12th-19th
and President Cup August 2nd-9th
Only payouts for longest drive, closest to the pin and low putts.
Discussion on allowing new members to join on a probationary period due to financial strain the reduced membership has put on our league
New members on a probationary period would participate through June at which time their handicap would be reviewed to see if they will continue for rest of season.
Some women do not have handicaps but appear to fall within our range.
Talked about reaching out to all members to encourage anyone they might know to join our league
